Ölüdeniz Açık Su Yarış Kuralları

Genel Kurallar

1. Yarış Kuralları:

• Yarışmalarda World Aquatics (Dünya Yüzme Federasyonu) Açık Su Yüzme yarış kuralları geçerlidir.

1. Bone Kullanımı:

• Katılımcılar, organizasyon komitesinin sağladığı bone ile yarışmaya başlamak zorundadır.

1. Ekipman Kullanımı:

• Wetsuit kullanımı yasaktır.
• Swim buoy kullanımı serbesttir, ancak her katılımcı kendi ekipmanını temin etmekle sorumludur.

1. Yasaklanan Hareketler:

• Diğer yüzücüleri kasten engellemek, vücutlarına tutunmak ya da teknelere temas etmek, tutunmak veya asılmak kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu hareketleri yapan katılımcılar diskalifiye edilir ve refakat teknelerine alınır.
• Görevli teknelerde bulunan kişilerle avantaj sağlamak amacıyla iletişim kurmak veya yardım istemek diskalifiye sebebidir.

1. İtirazlar:

• Yarış ya da derecelerle ilgili herhangi bir itirazda bulunmak için, katılımcının yarışma komitesine 3000 TL itiraz ücretini makbuz karşılığında ödemesi gerekmektedir.
• İtiraz koşulları sağlandıktan sonra yarışma komitesi ve hakem heyeti gerekli incelemeyi yapar.
• İtirazın haklı bulunması durumunda ücret iade edilir. Aksi halde ücret iade edilmez ve katılımcı herhangi bir hak talep edemez.

1. Kurallara Uyulmaması:

• Yarış süresi boyunca hakemler ve yarışma komitesinin belirlediği kurallara uymayan katılımcılar diskalifiye edilir.

1. Finisher Madalyaları:

• Yarışı tamamlayan her katılımcıya Ölüdeniz Açık Su Yarışı Finisher Madalyası verilir.

1. Klasman Değerlendirmesi:

• Gençler ve Masterlar kategorilerinde ayrı genel klasman değerlendirmesi yapılır.
• Kadın, Erkek ve Engelliler genel klasmanlarında 1., 2. ve 3. olanlara kupa ve madalya verilir.
• Yaş gruplarında yapılan değerlendirmelerde ise 1., 2. ve 3. olanlara yalnızca madalya verilir.

1. Erteleme veya İptal:

• Ölüdeniz Açık Su Maraton Yarışları Organizasyon Komitesi, hava koşulları veya yüzücü güvenliği gibi sebeplerle yarış günü veya öncesinde yarış saatini değiştirme, erteleme veya iptal etme yetkisine sahiptir.

Katılım Kuralları

1. Kayıt Süreci:

• Ön kayıt işlemleri yalnızca resmi web sitesi üzerinden yapılacaktır.
• Başvurular http://www.sporfest.com.tr adresindeki “Ölüdeniz Open Water” bölümünden yapılacaktır.

1. Gerekli Belgeler:

• Katılımcılar, aşağıdaki belgeleri en geç 9 Ekim 2025, saat 17.00'a kadar sisteme Hesabım → Yarışlarım → Belge Yükle kısmından yüklemelidir:
• 2025 - 2026 yılı için geçerli T.C. Yüzme Federasyonundan alınmış Yüzme Lisansı yada Açık Su Yüzme Lisansı
• Eğer yukarıdaki belgelerden birine sahip değilseniz Sağlık raporu yeterlidir.

1. Katılımcı Listesi:

• Kesin kayıt listesi her gün resmi web sitesinde yayınlanacaktır.

1. Katılımcı Limiti:

• Toplam katılımcı sayısı 500 kişi ile sınırlıdır ve yalnızca belgelerini eksiksiz tamamlayanlar yarışmaya kabul edilecektir.

1. Kayıt Tamamlama:

• Kayıt işlemini tamamlamak için katılımcılar:
• Kayıt formunu doldurmalı,
• Muvafakatnameyi onaylamalı,
• Ödeme adımına geçerek işlemi tamamlamalıdır.
• İşlemler tamamlandığında, isimleri katılımcı listesinde yer alacaktır.

1. Yarış Kiti Dağıtımı:

• Birden fazla branş için kayıt yaptıran katılımcılar yalnızca 1 adet yarış kiti (çanta, tişört, bone, finisher madalyası vb.) alabilirler.

Ölüdeniz Open Water Race Rules

General Rules

1. Race Regulations:

• The rules of World Aquatics (International Swimming Federation) for Open Water Swimming races will apply.

1. Swim Cap Usage:

• Participants must start the race wearing the swim cap provided by the organization committee.

1. Equipment Usage:

• The use of wetsuits is prohibited.
• The use of swim buoys is allowed, but each participant must provide their own equipment.

1. Prohibited Actions:

• Deliberately obstructing other swimmers, grabbing their bodies, or making contact with boats, including holding on to them, is strictly prohibited. Participants engaging in such actions will be disqualified and taken aboard escort boats.
• Communication with staff on duty boats to gain an advantage or seeking assistance is a cause for disqualification.

1. Protests:

• For any objections related to the race or rankings, a protest fee of 3000 TL must be paid to the race committee with a receipt.
• After the protest requirements are met, the race committee and referees will conduct a necessary review.
• If the participant's protest is deemed valid, the fee will be refunded. Otherwise, the fee will not be returned, and no claims can be made.

1. Compliance with Rules:

• Any participant who violates the rules determined by the referees and race committee during the race will be disqualified.

1. Finisher Medals:

• Every participant completing the race will receive an Ölüdeniz Open Water Race Finisher Medal.

1. Classification:

• Separate general classifications will be made for Youth and Masters categories.
• Trophies and medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in the Men's, Women's, and Disabled categories.
• In age group evaluations, only medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers.

1. Postponement or Cancellation:

• The Ölüdeniz Open Water Marathon Races Organization Committee has the authority to postpone, cancel, or change the start time of the race due to weather conditions or swimmer safety concerns, either on or before the race day.

Participation Rules

1. Registration Process:

• Pre-registration can only be completed via the official website.
• Applications must be made under the "Ölüdeniz Open Water" section on the http://www.sporfest.com.tr website.

1. Required Documents:

• Participants must upload the following documents to the My Account → My Races → Upload Documents section on the system by October 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM:
• Valid license for 2025 - 2026
• Medical report

1. Participant List:

• The list of confirmed participants will be published daily on the official website.

1. Participant Limit:

• The total number of participants is limited to 500, and only those who complete their documentation will be allowed to participate.

1. Registration Completion:

• To complete the registration, participants must:
• Fill out the form on the registration page.
• Approve the consent form.
• Proceed to the payment step and complete the process.
• Once completed, their names will appear on the participant list.

1. Race Kit Distribution:

• Participants registered for multiple disciplines will receive only one race kit (including a bag, t-shirt, swim cap, finisher medal, etc.).
